The Johnson Group, one of Central Florida’s most popular and respected builders, received the prestigious National Platinum Builders Award.

The award, presented by Home Buyers Warranty Corp., is one of the highest levels of professional recognition the industry bestows.

Among the 11,500 builders enrolled nationally in Home Buyers Warranty programs, only 43 have attained the Platinum Builder status. The honor is based on criteria that include near-zero levels of customer claims or customer complaints over an extended period of time.

Parade of Homes

The annual Parade of Homes is produced by the Volusia Home Builders Association as the premier marketing event for new homes in Volusia County. The Parade is an opportunity for the public to visit Volusia County's most outstanding homes and communities. The homes represent the best that the county's builders have to offer. There is a model home to fit a variety of lifestyles. They represent the styles, craftsmanship and value that today's home buyers expect.

Entrants are members in good standing of the Volusia Home Builders Association, a professional non-profit trade association.
