3,000 PSI concrete with fibermesh for your home.

- High-Strength Galvanized Steel Hurricane Straps - High
strength galvanized steel straps are imbedded in the lintel and triple nailed to the roof
trusses, assuring a firm and permanent attachment of the roof to the home.
- High-Strength Steel Fasteners - High strength steel
fasteners are used to connect all wood-to-wood and wood-to-concrete surfaces, to assure
that there is no weakness in the structure.
- High Grade 1/2”, 4-Ply Plywood - Most builders use
Oriented Strand Board (OSB) on roof decking, instead of plywood. The Johnson Group
uses only plywood. Providing stronger, straighter roofs that are more resistant to warping
or deterioration.
- Foam injected insulation in concrete
block. Outperforms other types of insulation.
- Elastomeric Exterior Paint - For longer lasting weather
protection.
- Dura-Rock in All Wet Areas of Bathrooms. - A cementicious
concrete board applied to all tiled areas in shower stalls and bath tubs.
